Subscriptions are generally billed in advance for the agreed period. Unless we say otherwise, charges that have already been processed are normally non-refundable, except where required by law.
You can cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancelling usually stops future charges, but it does not normally create a refund for the current billing period.
If you believe there has been a billing error, duplicate payment, or a serious service problem, contact us with the relevant details and we will review the request fairly.
Where we choose to issue a refund, it will usually be returned to the original payment method where possible. Timing may depend on the payment provider or bank.
