This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled for Quote Chaser.
If a free trial is offered for our quote follow up software, you can evaluate the service before moving to a paid plan.
Subscription charges are generally billed in advance for the agreed period. Unless otherwise stated, payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception.
You can cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation will normally stop future charges but will not usually create a refund for the current paid period.
Where there is a billing error, duplicate charge, or clear service issue, contact us and we will review the case fairly.
