Paid plans, trial terms, renewal timing, and pricing will be shown when you sign up or purchase a subscription. If you stay on a paid plan, you agree to keep payment details valid and up to date. If payment fails, we may limit or suspend access until billing is resolved.
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use Quote Chaser in a way that disrupts other users or the service itself.

To the extent permitted by law, Quote Chaser is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would not be allowed by law.
